Corporate Social Responsibility
Blue Finance Management is committed to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). These issues have the potential to affect our business performance and extend into almost every aspect of what we do. Indeed, recognising and managing CSR issues makes sound business sense.
The people we help want to be treated well and be offered good quality financial services and advice which is easy to understand. Our regulators want to be confident that we operate in a way that is fair and honest. Our colleagues want to be motivated, rewarded fairly and treated with respect. We can assure all our partners and customers we have considered the risks and opportunities that affect our business, including social, ethical and environmental issues.
Our approach to CSR is supported by a suite of policies relating to different aspects of CSR. This includes policies relating to our employment practices (such as equal opportunities, flexible working and health and safety amongst many others), working with the community (such as volunteering), the way we behave in the marketplace (such as our Standard Operating Policies) and our impact on the environment.
Our Service
We operate in full compliance with the Government's debt management regulation and uphold the principles of all money advice industry guidelines. We do not charge for our services. Everything is free, confidential and impartial - from our initial care and debt advice, to our ethical repayment plans or other debt solution. We strive to make our service accessible to all who need it, through telephone, Internet access and even face to face appointtments.
We always suggest appropriate solutions to our client's debt problems, recommending the best solution available. Our advice is tailored to the circumstances of the individual, providing as much time as those circumstances need and reference material to help support the individual with the advice we've provided.
CSR Communtity
We strive to develop strong relationships with the communities around us, increasing awareness of the company, making customers feel more predisposed towards Blue Finance Management and to help attract a wider pool of high quality recruits. Moreover, our colleagues feel that they are contributing to their communities and can learn new skills when working together. We support these activities through a practical set of deliverable programmes which enable us to mix business skills, time and resources with the needs of the community.

The dedication, skills and professionalism of our colleagues is a considerable factor in the success of our business. The consideration of our employees' welfare, their working conditions, their training and development and ensuring equal access to opportunities is therefore fundamental. CSR Environment
Blue Finance Management is not a significant polluter as most of its activities are office based; however, we understand that our activities have some impact on the environment. As such, we aim to minimise these impacts where we can and comply with the relevant legislation and regulations placed upon us. Our environmental programme is focused on four significant environmental impact areas, which form the basis of our environmental policy:

  • Energy used in our buildings;
  • Use of materials and consumables, such as paper;
  • Waste generated through our activities; and
  • Fuel used by our company cars.
